COMPANY INFORMATION

These purchase conditions apply to your purchases on, and your use of, the website www.hagling.se . The terms constitute an agreement between you and the HAGLING brand.

The company's name is Halea AB with organization number: 559490-8716. All sales prices include 25% statutory VAT. By making purchases from and using this website, you agree to the terms below. You also confirm that you have read and accepted our privacy policy.

ORDER INFORMATION

When we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided as confirmation of your purchase. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address when ordering. We also recommend that you save the confirmation, as it may be helpful in future contact with our customer service. The confirmation also serves as a receipt and confirms that you have completed an order, which means that a payment obligation has been created.

To shop at HAGLING on credit, you must be at least 18 years old. This is in accordance with Swedish legislation.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

DELIVERY TIME

HAGLING processes your order as soon as it is placed. The delivery time varies depending on the selected shipping option. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, as possible delays by carriers are beyond our control (read more under Force Majeure). However, we strive to give you the shortest possible delivery time and ship the order within 1 working day.

COMBINED SHIPPING OF ORDERS

We process and deliver a large number of orders. All orders are processed separately based on order number and therefore cannot be sent together.

SHIPPING & RESPONSIBILITY

Should a situation arise where your ordered goods do not arrive, please contact us immediately at info@hagling.com and we will help you track the shipment. Please note, however, that the delivery option Postnord A-post is not trackable.

Complaints about damaged packaging, incorrect goods or non-delivery must be reported to HAGLING within 7 days of receiving the goods.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that address and contact details are correct and up-to-date. When ordering, check carefully that both first and last name, address (including street and apartment/house number) match the information on your mailbox or drop box.

HAGLING is not responsible for deliveries that cannot be carried out due to incorrect information. On such occasions we may contact you to discuss possible compensation for extra shipping costs.



UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS

Your order will be sent to the delivery location you selected when placing the order. When the package arrives, you will receive an SMS, e-mail or a notification in the app belonging to the shipping company. Remember to collect your package within the specified time frame. If you do not pick up the package in time, we will charge you SEK 49 for the return shipping. This fee is deducted from the amount refunded to you.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

OPEN BUY

We at HAGLING want you to be satisfied with your purchase! Therefore, we usually offer you 14 days open purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in unused condition. If the product has been used more than is necessary to assess its properties or function, we reserve the right to make a depreciation deduction when refunding.

If you have paid with Klarna or another external service, please contact them to avoid extra fees.

HOW A RETURN OR EXCHANGE IS DONE

RETURN

You can easily return an item to us within 14 days of receiving the product. How to return your item:

  • Fill in the return form: You will find the form at the bottom of the page.
  • Attach the return label: Cut out the pre-printed return label and attach it clearly to the package.
  • Pack the item: Pack the item well in the original packaging or in another sturdy box.
  • Return the package: Leave the package at your nearest post office. Postage is prepaid for order values ​​up to SEK 2,000. For more expensive items, contact us for special return conditions.
  • Important to include this information when returning:

  • Write your order number on the return label.
  • Write your return address on the back of the package.

    CHANGE

    Do you want to switch to a completely different product? First carry out the instructions above to arrange a return of previously ordered product. Then simply place a new order on our website. Do you want to change to a different size of, for example, a ring?

    Then instead contact our customer service at info@hagling.com and we will help you find the right size and arrange the exchange.

    UTILIZATION OF OPEN PURCHASE

    HAGLING offers open purchase so that our customers feel secure with their purchases. To ensure that this benefit is used fairly, we reserve the right to cancel orders in progress or block customer accounts in case of abuse.

    Examples of conduct that may lead to such action include:

    • Systematic reselling of products: If a customer regularly buys products and then resells them, this can be considered abuse.
    • Unsustainable and excessive purchasing behavior: A pattern of ordering large quantities of items and then returning most of them without valid reason may result in account suspension.
    • Suspected fraud: If there are signs that a customer is trying to defraud the company, for example by using false information or making false returns, action will be taken.

    We would like to emphasize that these measures are only taken in exceptional cases and after careful investigation. Our goal is to offer a great customer experience for everyone.

    COMPLAINT

    To start a complaint case, please contact our customer support at info@hagling.com for further assistance in the matter. Please attach as much information as possible so that we have the best possible conditions to help you further.

    RETURN COST

    In the event of a return, we charge a return fee of SEK 49.

    RETURN CONFIRMATION

    We want to keep you updated about your return. As soon as we have registered the return, you will receive an email. Normally it takes 2-5 working days, but during high season it can be a little longer waiting time. If you have not received a response after 8 working days, please contact us immediately at info@hagling.com.

    REFUNDS FOR RETURNED GOODS

    The refund takes place as soon as your return is processed. If you have not paid for your goods, you may need to contact the issuer of the invoice to pause it. We at HAGLING are not responsible for any reminder fees from Klarna. If you have paid by card or Paypal, the money will automatically be returned to your account when the return has been processed.


    COOKIES

    To give you a personal shopping experience, we use cookies at HAGLING. Cookies help us improve the range based on your preferences and show you relevant products.     RESERVATION

    In rare cases, we may need to cancel your order, for example if a product is sold out or if a production error occurs. We will contact you if this happens.

    As many of our products are handmade, there may be slight deviations in measurements, up to 10%. This does not affect the quality or function of the product.

    Despite our best efforts, there may be inaccuracies on our website, such as incorrect product descriptions, prices or images. If we discover an error, we will correct it as soon as possible.

    If an incorrect price has been quoted for a product, we reserve the right to correct the price and either offer you to complete the purchase at the correct price or cancel the order.

    FORCE MAJEURE

    The brand HAGLING under the company HALEA AB shall be exempt from damages and other penalties if the fulfillment of the agreement is prevented, hindered or delayed by any circumstance beyond our control. Exempting circumstances shall be considered, among other things, authority intervention, new/amended legislation, non-appearance of permits, war, fire, flood, labor market disturbances, bans, restrictions, sabotage, unfavorable transport or weather conditions or non-delivery from subcontractors, and if the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects the business.
