COMPANY INFORMATION
These terms and conditions apply to your purchases on, and your use of, the website www.hagling.com . The terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and the HAGLING brand.
The company name is Halea AB with corporate registration number: 559490-8716. All sales prices include 25% statutory VAT. By making a purchase from and using this website, you agree to the terms and conditions below. You also confirm that you have read and accepted our privacy policy.
ORDERING INFORMATION
Once we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided as confirmation of your purchase. It is therefore important that you provide the correct email address when ordering. We also recommend that you save the confirmation, as it may be helpful in future contact with our customer service. The confirmation also serves as a receipt and confirms that you have placed an order, which means that a payment connection has been created.
To shop at HAGLING on credit, you must be at least 18 years old. This is in accordance with Swedish legislation.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
DELIVERY TIME
HAGLING processes your order as soon as it has been placed. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option chosen. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, as any delays with carriers are beyond our control (read more under Force Majeure). However, we strive to give you the shortest possible delivery time and will ship your order within 1 business day.
SHIPPING OF ORDERS
We process and deliver a large number of orders. All orders are processed separately based on order number and therefore cannot be shipped together.
SHIPPING & RESPONSIBILITY
If a situation arises where your ordered goods do not arrive, please contact us immediately at info@hagling.com and we will help you track the shipment. Please note, however, that the Postnord A-post delivery option is not trackable.
Complaints about damaged packaging, faulty goods or non-delivery must be reported to HAGLING within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that address and contact information are correct and up-to-date. When ordering, please check carefully that both first and last name, address (including street and apartment/house number) match the information on your mailbox or inbox.
HAGLING is not responsible for deliveries that cannot be made due to incorrect information. In such cases, we may contact you to discuss possible compensation for additional shipping costs.
UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS
Your order will be sent to the delivery location you selected when placing your order. When the package arrives, you will receive an SMS, email or notification in the shipping company's app. Remember to pick up your package within the specified time frame. If you do not pick up the package on time, we will charge you SEK 49 for return shipping. This fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
OPEN BUY
We at HAGLING want you to be satisfied with your purchase! That's why we usually offer you a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in unused condition. If the product has been used more than is necessary to assess its properties or function, we reserve the right to make a depreciation deduction when refunding.
If you have paid with Klarna or another external service, please contact them to avoid additional fees.
HOW TO PROCEED WITH A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
RETURN
Contact us at info@hagling.com to request a return. Include your order number and we will email you a return label.
You can easily return an item to us within 14 days of receiving the product. Here's how to return your item:

CHANGE
Do you want to change to a completely different product? First, follow the instructions above to arrange a return of a previously ordered product. Then simply place a new order on our website. Do you want to change to a different size, for example a ring?
Instead, contact our customer service at info@hagling.com and we will help you find the right size and arrange the exchange.
USE OF OPEN PURCHASE
HAGLING offers open purchasing to ensure our customers feel secure with their purchases. To ensure that this benefit is used fairly, we reserve the right to cancel ongoing orders or block customer accounts in case of abuse.
Examples of behaviors that may lead to such actions include:
- Systematic resale of products: If a customer regularly purchases products and then resells them, this may be considered abuse.
- Unsustainable and excessive purchasing behavior: A pattern of ordering large quantities of goods and then returning most of them without a valid reason may lead to account suspension.
- Suspicion of fraud: If there are signs that a customer is trying to deceive the company, for example by using false information or making false return notifications, action will be taken.
We would like to emphasize that these measures are only taken in exceptional cases and after careful investigation. Our goal is to provide a good customer experience for everyone.
COMPLAINT
To start a complaint, please contact our customer support at info@hagling.com for further assistance with the matter. Please include as much information as possible so that we can best assist you.
RETURN COST
In the event of a return, we charge a return fee of SEK 49.
RETURN CONFIRMATION
We want to keep you updated about your return. As soon as we have registered the return, you will receive an email. Normally it takes 2-5 working days, but during peak season there may be a slightly longer waiting time. If you have not received a response after 8 working days, please contact us immediately at info@hagling.com.
REFUND OF RETURNED GOODS
The refund will be made as soon as your return is processed. If you have not paid for your goods, you may need to contact the issuer of the invoice to pause it. We at HAGLING are not responsible for any reminder fees from Klarna. If you have paid by card or Paypal, the money will automatically be returned to your account when the return is fully processed.
COOKIES
To give you a personalized shopping experience, we at HAGLING use cookies. Cookies help us improve the range based on your preferences and show you relevant products. The information is used to measure traffic, purchases and what you as a customer see in our webshop. You can adjust your cookie settings in your browser at any time. RESERVATION
In rare cases, we may need to cancel your order, for example if a product is out of stock or if there is a production error. We will contact you if this occurs.
As many of our products are handmade, there may be slight deviations in dimensions, up to 10%. This does not affect the quality or function of the product.
Despite our best efforts, there may be inaccuracies on our website, such as incorrect product descriptions, prices or images. If we discover an error, we will correct it as soon as possible.
If an incorrect price has been stated for a product, we reserve the right to correct the price and either offer you to complete the purchase at the correct price or cancel the order.

FORCE MAJEURE
The HAGLING trademark under the company HALEA AB shall be exempt from damages and other penalties if the fulfillment of the agreement is prevented, hindered or delayed by any circumstance beyond our control. Extenuating circumstances shall be considered to include, among other things, government intervention, new/amended legislation, failure to obtain permits, war, fire, flood, labor market disruptions, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, unfavorable transport or weather conditions or failure to deliver from subcontractors, and if the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects the business.
